Every retainer gives you a named strategist, a monthly content calendar, creator sourcing and outreach, campaign briefs and performance reporting. Higher tiers add paid amplification, UGC editing and always-on community management. You can raise a request at any time and we work through them by priority.

A single-creator activation usually goes from brief to live in two to three weeks, most of which is sourcing and contracting. A multi-creator campaign with paid support takes four to eight weeks. You get a dated plan before anything is signed.

We start from your audience rather than from follower counts: we shortlist on audience overlap, watch-through rate and comment sentiment, then check every account for authenticity before it reaches you. You approve the final list.

Every brief includes a revision round before anything is published. If the direction is wrong we re-cut with the creator at no extra cost; if the creator is wrong we replace them. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Usage rights are negotiated per campaign and written into every contract before filming. The standard package covers six months of organic and paid use across your own channels; perpetual rights and whitelisting are available and priced up front.

Against the numbers set in the brief: reach and watch-through for awareness, click-through and add-to-cart for consideration, tracked revenue for conversion. You get a live dashboard while the campaign runs and a written read-out two weeks after it ends.
