Craft a recognizable brand voice that inspires trust, engagement across all digital channels

Why voice beats visuals on short form
On a feed that plays at full width with the sound off, your logo is on screen for under a second and your first line of copy is on screen for three. Voice is what a viewer actually processes, and it is the part most brands hand to whoever is posting that week. The accounts that grow are the ones where a caption written by four different people still reads as one.
Building a voice a creator can borrow
A voice only works at scale if someone outside your team can use it without a call. That means writing it down as decisions rather than adjectives: what you always do, what you never do, and the three or four turns of phrase that belong to you. We hand every creator a one-page version before they film.

Keeping it steady across channels
The same voice has to survive a fifteen-second hook, a two-hundred-word caption and a reply to a complaint. Test it in the hardest place first — the reply — because that is where a voice built out of adjectives falls apart, and where an audience decides whether the rest of it was real.
“We stopped briefing creators on our brand values and started briefing them on how we talk. Engagement on partnered posts went up by a third in two months.”
