Visonaria.
Replacing a campaign calendar with a weekly publishing rhythm, and watching the cost of attention fall every quarter.
From four campaigns a year to something that publishes every week and compounds.
Visonaria were spending their whole year’s budget in four bursts and starting from zero each time. We moved them to a weekly rhythm with a standing roster of four creators, which cost the same annually and meant no burst ever had to buy its own audience from scratch.
The roster is the part that matters. Because the same four faces appear every week, the audience learned them, and a new post arrives with borrowed credibility rather than none. That is not something a campaign structure can produce at any budget.
Cost per thousand views fell every quarter for four quarters without new spend.
By the fourth quarter Visonaria were reaching more people for less money than in any campaign burst they had run, on an identical annual budget. The compounding is entirely an artefact of the rhythm: the audience arrives already knowing who is talking.
