Building Stronger Digital Connections

Replies are content
A reply is seen by everyone who opens the comments, which on a well-performing post is a substantial share of the audience. Treating replies as customer service rather than as publishing wastes the single highest-intent surface an account has. We brief them like captions.
Answer the question under the question
Most comments are not really asking what they appear to ask. “Does it come in black?” is usually “convince me this is worth it.” Reading the intent rather than the words turns a one-line answer into the post that seeds next month’s campaign.

Turning a community into a source
The accounts that never run out of ideas are the ones that log every recurring question in one place. Ours becomes the content calendar: if the same thing is asked three times in a fortnight, it gets made, and it outperforms whatever we had planned for that slot.
“Our best-performing video this year was a comment we answered badly the first time and decided to answer properly.”
